Audi Australia announces optional 5-year Service Plan for all models

Audi Australia has announced a new 5-year Service Plan available across its range, including for the S and RS performance models.

The plan is available as an option for customers, essentially packaging the cost of servicing for five years or 75,000km (whichever comes first) into the initial purchase price of the car. This allows customers to manage the costs in regular instalments. Jerome Figuiere, aftersales director at Audi Australia, said:

“We know that many of our owners value the peace-of-mind that comes with a packaged service plan, and so we have worked hard to extend and improve our offering. We’re delighted with the added value we can now offer our customers as part of their ownership experience.”

Buyers can opt for the 5-year Service Plan at any time from vehicle purchase, and up to the first service at 12 months or 15,000km, whichever comes first. Audi says this extends peace of mind by eliminating potential future inflation of servicing costs.

Opting for the plan also brings in extended Audi Roadside Assistance in years four, five and six of ownership, following the coverage that sees every dealer service attracting 12 months of complimentary roadside assistance. This is through Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA).

The service plan can be purchased in a three-year or five-year deal, and is available for all showroom models delivered from March 1.
