Lamborghini expanding personalisation program beyond Aventador

Just in time for next week’s Geneva Motor Show, Lamborghini has announced its ‘Ad Personam’ personalisation program will expand beyond the Aventador. The program allows new Lamborghini customers to choose bespoke interior and exterior colours and certain stitching in the cabin.

The highly anticipated Lamborghini Huracan is set to join the personalisation program, which itself has also had a few changes. Customers can now choose from a wider range of leather and Alcantra colours, and some customers may even be able to visit the Lambo plant in Santa’Agasta Bolognese, Italy, for assistance in hand-picking their colour palette.

Although very cool, Lamborghini isn’t the first supercar company to offer such vehicle customisation; Ferrari announced last July its own personalisation program at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

As supercar companies fight for market share, this customisation trend will most likely become more popular in the future. We’ll just have to see what Lamborghini has in store when the show opens next week.
