Lego has just added the classic Mini Cooper to its Creator Expert series, wearing British Racing Green and sporting a four-cylinder engine under the bonnet.
Consisting of 1077 parts, the British icon sits at 25cm long, 14cm wide and 11cm high. Everything down to the bonnet stripes, wheels, beige seats, bumper bars, door hinges and headlamps reflect the original car’s design cues.
Under the Lego bonnet sits a transversely-mounted four-cylinder engine that uses 0.0L/100km (very funny, we know).
Whether you’re young or old almost everyone has a soft spot for Lego, especially automotive nostalgic Lego.
