HSV Gen-F GTS vs VX GTS 300 vs HRT V8 Supercar at Bathurst 1000

Back in 2000 the VX GTS was the most powerful production car ever made in Australia, producing 300kW and 510Nm. Today that crown goes to the HSV Gen-F GTS, boasting 430kW and 740Nm. HSV thought it would be interesting to put them up against each other during the recent Bathurst 1000 weekend.

To add in a little extra excitement, and to show off the capabilities of Holden’s V8 Supercar, James Courtney’s current race car was added in. One of the most surprising things is how fast the Gen-F GTS is around the track. It’s a comparison worth watching.
