Tuning specialist SLP has come up with a monster package called the SLP Chevrolet Camaro Panther. The heart of the beast is a supercharger, available in four states of tune.
SLP is offering a proper showroom purchase experience with the Panther, allowing buyers to simply walk in and drive out in a brand new kitted out Camaro Panther. Prices start at around US$57,000, which includes the price of the Camaro SS donor car.
Under the bonnet, the 6.2-litre V8 engine is given a Magna Charge TVS 2300 supercharger. It can be set to different boost levels providing loads of power or extreme amounts of power. Tunes range from 418kW, 436kW, 448kW, and a monstrous 522kW.
The complete package can also be had with a sports suspension setup, lowering the Camaro by 2.5cm. Also optional are a set of black chrome alloys, a neat front and rear spoiler kit, and an uprated Brembo braking package.
To ensure the Camaro Panther can be heard before it’s seen, the package also comes with a barking high-flow ‘Loud Mouth II’ exhaust system and a throaty cold-air intake system to increase breathing capacity.
You have to admit, it looks pretty hot with the chrome wheels and matching badges. Especially in black.
