Porsche has revealed a new special model Panemera named Edition. It will be offered in the Panamera, Panamera 4, and Panamera Diesel guide, featuring a number of cosmetic changes and extra equipment.
Looking over the exterior, the Edition model receives “additional subtle design tones”, which include gloss black trimmings on the side windows, gloss black door handles when the optional Entry & Drive is chosen, and a set of 19-inch Panamera Turbo II wheels with a coloured crest on the hub covers.
Step inside the Edition and you’re greeted with bi-colour part-leather trim in Black-Luxor Beige, a Sport Design steering wheel, door sill plates with “Edition” lettering, and special Edition floor mats. Also featured in the cabin is a Porsche Communication Management system with a seven-inch touchscreen monitor and a 585-Watt 14-speaker Bose surround sound system.
On top of the extra interior and exterior enhancements, the Edition is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management, bi-xenon headlights with Porsche dynamic light system, park assist front and rear including a reversing camera, and power steering plus.
A total of 24,864 Panameras were sold worldwide in 2014, with China accounting for 9250 units alone. The Edition model will go on sale in Germany in June, with no conformation as of yet whether the special model will land in Australia. We’ll keep you updated.
