BMW has announced new ‘High-line’ limited edition versions of the current BMW 1 Series and 3 Series coupe and convertible. The special variants provide up to $4000 in added value for the 1 Series, and up to $15,000 for the 3 Series.
Starting with the 1 Series High-line, the coupe and convertible will be available in just three colours; Space Grey, Black Sapphire, and Mineral White. The interior is contrasted in Boston leather upholstery in Tabacco with Platinum stitching.
Equipment extras include a set of 18-inch double-spoke alloy wheels, while the driver is treated to the Innovations package which includes Business satellite navigation, and bi-xenon headlights with auto high beams.
Just 25 coupe High-lines and 25 convertible High-lines will be made, available in most engine trim levels, from March.
As for the 3 Series coupe and convertible High-line, also available from March, the 320d receives the biggest jump in added value. The coupe and convertible come with a harman/kardon sound system, electric seats, anti-dazzle interior and exterior mirrors, parking sensors, Professional-grade satellite navigation, and a set of 18-inch star spoke ‘189’ alloy wheels, all as standard.
The 325i adds 19-inch alloy wheels, and all of the equipment that the 320d High-line gets above, although, some of the features are already standard on the 325i. Topping out the range, the 335i High-line gets a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
