PerformanceDrive’s PDriveTV YouTube channel has started releasing point-of-view (POV) car reviews to give you more insight into the new models available in Australia. And what a way to celebrate the launch of a new layout than by doing a quick review of the stunning Lamborghini Huracan 610-4.
The Huracan is the replacement of the very successful Gallardo. Lamborghini sold over 14,000 examples of the Gallardo during its 10-year lifespan, making it easily the most popular model the company has ever made. So, as you would expect, Lamborghini is aiming to sell even more examples of the Huracan.
On first impressions the Huracan certainly seems like it is built more for the masses. It’s easy to steer and offers relatively good vision through the front, and the gearbox won’t break your back with every racing-like gear change. You could drive one of these to work everyday, especially if you like getting to work quickly.
Speaking of which, the revised 5.2-litre V10 engine delivers walloping power. Acceleration from 0-100km/h comes up in just 3.2 seconds, with 0-200km/h over and done in just 9.9 seconds. What a car. Only problem is, you need to try and find $428,000 to buy one. Click play below for our quick review. A more in-depth written review in our usual format is on the way.
