Flamboyant performance cars don’t come much better than the current bunch weapons on offer from Lamborghini. Automotive tuner DMC has released details on its new Huracan ‘Affari’ bodykit, and the end result is eye opening.
The kit includes a new front fascia with two spoiler lips and wide body extensions that incorporate ‘aero-swords’. There’s also new side skirts, a new rear diffuser, and a new rear spoiler which comes with three adjustments. The last pieces of the puzzle are a set of bonnet diffusers, aimed at decreasing wind fluctuations.
All of the bodykit items are made from carbon fibre and can be installed using the car’s factory points – no cutting or modifying required. This gives Huracan LP 610-4 owners peace of mind that they can return their car to its original form at any stage.
Adding to the look of the new bodykit is a set of staggered 20×9.5-inch (front) and 21×12-inch (rear) DMC wheels wearing 245/30 front and 325/25 rear Pirelli P-Zero tyres.
DMC has also addressed power by fiddling with the car’s ECU, and adding a new exhaust system and an electronic load pressure control system. As a result power has been lifted to 463kW (up from 448kW).
Under the skin of all Huracans sits a 448kW/560Nm 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. With this kind of power, the Huracan can shoot from 0-100km/h in just 3.2 seconds.
The Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 is currently on sale in Australia, with prices starting from $428,000.
