Official images of the stunning new 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 have been leaked online ahead of its Detroit debut. This is the new super high performance Corvette.
Based on the new Corvette Stingray, the Z06 is for sheer performance enthusiasts. And as you can see by these official images, the car is simply breathtaking.
There are a number carbon fibre elements making up the body work, such as the racing-styling front splitter, side skirts, and large rear wing. There’s also a chunky rear diffuser at the back with quad exhausts, and a set of bespoke dark alloy wheels.
As previously revealed, the engine will produce 462kW of power and 880Nm of torque. Specifics on the engine and size are yet to be uncovered.
For American muscle car fans, this is one mouth-wateringly desirable model.
The official unveiling will take place at the 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, starting January 13.
