TechArt has come up with a comprehensive upgrade package for the Porsche Panamera, called the GrandGT, which is set to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week. The upgrade kit adds aero and engine power enhancements.
Showcasing a chunky wide-body bodykit made from carbon fibre and polyurethane RIM, the TechArt GrandGT pack features extended wheel arches, moulded in side skirts, an aggressive carbon fibre bonnet with unique vents, and a new rear diffuser.
To top it all of, there’s also revised headlights, and a set of either 20-, 21-, or 22-inch TechArt alloy wheels.
Inside, the upholstery can be completely customised to the owner’s taste. Options include decorative stitching, carbon trimmings and inserts, and multiple colour combinations of leather. The dash also packs in a premium sound system with twin seven-inch displays in the backs of the front headrests.
As for the engine, it breathes through a stainless steel sports exhaust system with integrated valve control for louder or quieter V8 soundtracks. The 4.8-litre twin-turbo V8 is boosted via a Techtronic engine management computer, taking power out to 432kW.
The Panamera GrandGT will be joined by a special Porsche Cayman at the Frankfurt show, showcasing a new TechArt styling and handling package as well.
It all starts on September 10.
