While we wait to hear more about a 2014-2015 WRX replacement, Subaru is offering a limited edition ‘STI Sports Pack’ for the 2013 Subaru WRX. The pack brings added handling performance and a more aggressive look.
The special pack consists of an STI front lip spoiler for a more muscly look, a short-shift gear lever to support quick gear changes, and a flexible strut brace to improve front-end stiffness and handling.
Nick Senior, managing director at Subaru Australia, recently said,
“The STI sports pack gives WRX owners the opportunity to customize their car with the peace-of-mind of Subaru factory production and warranty.”
The kit is limited to the first 100 customers. Priced at $1500, it saves buyers more than $650 compared with buying the parts separately.
Under the bonnet, the 2.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder boxer engine remains untouched. It produces 195kW of power and 343Nm.
