German tuner IMSA has come up with a host of modifications for the S 63 AMG that not only improve performance numbers, but also add to the car’s presence.

The S 63 comes with a twin-turbo 5.5-litre V8 that produces 430kW and 900Nm. Get in touch with IMSA team and they can add a new exhaust system, modified turbochargers with sports air filters, a software upgrade, and a new charge air cooler.

As a result, power jumps to a whopping 529kW and 1080Nm – an increase of 99kW and 180Nm. Because this car in particular is equipped with 4MATIC all-wheel drive, it means the driver has a better chance of using all of the available performance in all weather conditions.

While this S 63 might look like a regular model as far as exterior body modifications go, the wheels and suspension have received some nice upgrades. Sitting at all four corners is a set of IMSA forged alloy wheels measuring 21×10.5 inches on the rear and 21×9 inches on the front. There’s also a full air suspension system that allows the S 63 to sit in a more hunkered down position.

Australian’s are still waiting for the S 63 AMG coupe to enter local showrooms. If you can’t wait, the W222 S 63 AMG sedan is currently on sale with prices starting from $384,530 (excluding on-road costs).
