If you like fast V8 Mercedes-Benz vehicles, then this performance kit will certainly appeal to you. Say hello to the PP-Performance stage 2 power boost – exclusive to pre-facelift E 63 AMG models that feature the 5.5-litre twin-turbo V8.

PP-Performance Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG-1

In standard form, the 5.5-litre twin-turbo V8 in the previous E 63 AMG produced 386kW and 630Nm. Apply the stage 2 power boost from PP-Performance and those figures are lifted to a whopping 529kW and 1000Nm.

These serious figures are achieved by installing a new racing exhaust system, remapped engine software, modified downpipes, and new racing filters. To make sure all of the power can be put to good use the electronic top speed limiter is also removed – hello autobahn.

The customised E 63 before you sports the stage 2 power boost, and also wears a anodised-red full body wrap thanks to fostla.de. Finishing off the look is a blacked out grille, tinted rear lights, and new three-piece LOMA GT1 lightweight wheels that measure 9×20 inches on the front, and 11×20 on the rear.

When new, the pre-facelift Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG (2011-2013) retailed for around AU$240,000. However, according to Redbook, secondhand prices sit at an estimated $118,000-$129,700. If you’re hungry for a car with 1000Nm, then an E 63 with this power kit could be what you’re looking for.
