If you’re about to buy a large SUV, you might want to hold off on signing any cheques. Nissan has announced a new Patrol Titanium limited edition which packs in $12,500 of added value.

Nissan Patrol Titanium edition

The Nissan Patrol Titanium is a limited edition model that comes filled to the brim with extra features and equipment. Most of the highlights improve its off-road ability and general readiness to conquer serious terrain.

You get a steel bull-bar at the front, an engine snorkel for deep water crossings, driving lights, an electric winch, an alloy three-quarter roof rack system, and a heavy-duty tow bar kit.

Nissan Australia has also added some unique styling touches to help separate it from the rest of the range, such as a smoked bonnet protector and a spare wheel cover. Buyers also get a special Titanium edition keyring.

Inside comes fitted with satellite navigation and a rear-view camera, and moulded rubber floor mats to help maintain the trim. All buyers also get a free annual subscription to Pat Callinan’s 4×4 Adventures magazine. Callinan said,

“Knowing what works with my Patrol, I helped develop the Titanium Limited Edition to arm outback adventurers with all the kit they will need to get them anywhere they want to go.”

Only 300 examples of the special edition will hit the market, with prices starting at $57,990 (drive-away) for the manual and $60,990 (drive-away) for the automatic. It’s on sale now.
